Your client intake application will take no more than 15 minutes of your time but it helps us tremendously. You will also receive a NDA prior to submitting your application. This Intake process allows us to understand your business style, desires, who you serve and outcomes you create. This allows us to help you make an impactful message in your marketing and sales. It also allows us to see if you are a good fit for us or if you need different assistance and we can refer you to someone who can help.

Discovery

Next step is our Discovery Call. This is where we have our first meeting and we as your Virtual Partner will be able to review your Intake and already have some amazing suggestions on how to strategize your business. Here we will ask more questions and gain feedback to discuss next steps on moving forward with Cornerstone Virtual Partners being your Virtual Business Manager.

Strategy Session

If you do not currently have a good marketing or sales strategy in play at the moment a strategy session will be suggested to fine tune and create the right strategy to get your company moving forward. We want to ensure that the work we put out will allow for a positive ROI. A strong strategy is exactly how we start that process.

Onboarding

Onboarding with Cornerstone Virtual Partners is a process we take a lot of pride in. We set you up with an Account Manager who oversees all of the services that we are providing for your company. This Account Manager will create Standard Operating Procedures for our team to use for all implementation of your services with us.

Ongoing Support

Your account manager will serve as a Project Manager and oversee all projects and services offered to your company. This account manager will be available to you to reach out to with any questions or service updates.

Analytics And Followup

We will establish reports and every 30 days we will have a support and follow up meeting to ensure that all services are being satisfied.
